​Welcome to the 2017 Harvest Festival® Fall Tour. Food exhibitors are a very important part of our festival and we appreciate your business. Harvest Festival® is required by law, to provide the following information to the Health Departments in each show city. Harvest Festival® collects all forms and will send them in to the various departments with payment on your behalf. REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE APPLICATION DIRECTS YOU TO DO, PLEASE DO NOT SEND DIRECTLY TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!

Each Food Vendor MUST provide the following to the Harvest Festival® office by:
AUGUST 1, 2017 for Las Vegas.

​AUGUST 11, 2017 for ALL OTHER SHOWS

  • A completed temporary food permit application for each city in which you are exhibiting
  • Appropriate fees for each event permit must be included.
  • A current year, one-million-dollar product liability insurance policy with the Harvest Festival® Original Art & Craft Show named as additional insured.
  • A copy of the license/permit for the facility in which your food is prepared, if applicable. San Diego               County EHS requires an additional ‘Letter of Agreement’ from the Commissary, also on the website.
  • If you are requesting a veteran’s exemption – please provide a copy of your discharge papers – some counties require a special form as well. Please contact the county health department for specific forms. 


Health Departments require each food vendor to have the following in their booth:

  • Hand Washing Station
  • Ware Washing Station (for utensils)
  • Sanitizing Station (for utensils) – (this is separate from washing)
  • Sneeze guards over open samples
  • Waste disposal receptacle
  • If you have your own flooring–it must be washable, otherwise, concrete floors in the facility is acceptable.


Additional requirements are as follows:

  1. Call the State Board of Equalization to see if you are required to have a Seller Permit number for the states that you will be selling in.
  2. Your sample size can be no larger than 1-oz.


THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULES. ANY EXHIBITOR THAT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION WITHOUT A REFUND OF BOOTH FEES.

Make ALL checks payable to Harvest Festival®. For Credit Card payments, please fill in the credit card authorization form and send in with all other required paperwork to our office at the address below.
